Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a part will be compatible with your bike, and therefore we don't offer returns on incorrectly ordered items. If you are unsure, get in touch with us before you place your order and we will be more than happy to help you find the right part.

If your order has already been dispatched this can't be changed or cancelled. However if it has not yet been dispatched, get in touch with us and we can change/cancel your order.

We do not allow any collections of orders, all orders will be dispatched and delivered using NZ Post.

We always do our best to dispatch our orders as quick as possible, however at certain times of the year when things get a little busier this may take a bit longer than usual.

We advise to allow for 10 - 15 days from dispatch.

If you think delivery is taking too long or are worried it has gotten lost, get in touch with us and we can help you track it down.

We take care to ensure all orders are dispatched with care and all items are working as they are designed to. If you feel your order has been damaged during transit, call the delivery service immediately to report the damage.
